I have received my purchase and the item does not work?

Please ensure the item is fully charged and has fresh new batteries. Please ensure the batteries are correctly placed. If this fails, please return to Naughty Adult with your receipt for technical support.

 

My item has been damaged in the post, what do I do now?

If your item has been damaged by the mail contractors, please return your purchase to us along with receipt. We also highly recommend you take photos of the packaging / box to support our claim with Postal Contractor.

 

I have contacted Naughty Adult but I seem to be not getting a response via our email!

Please check your incoming mail settings as some email systems confuse our email as spam or junk mail because the email ends in @naughtyadult.com.au .

 

Does Naughty Adult provide a retail party plan service?

Naughty Adult is currently exploring this line of business.

 

Does Naughty Adult protect its website from under age viewing?

Yes Naughty Adult protects under age children by supporting RTA. Each page is encrypted with filtering codes to enable parental locks on computers.

 

My purchase has not arrived?

If your items has not arrived within our 2 week delivery schedule, please contact customer service at sales@naughtyadult.com.au and our friendly team will provide an expected time frame. Postal service may be delaying delivery due to excessive mail distibution or please ensure that a Parcel Postal Notification Card is not in your letterbox or PO Box requiring collection. We do not deliver to Lot Numbers, so please ensure you provide correct information and take notice of Naughty Adults redelivery notice.
